Thrift Bounty Support
Help with accounts, marketplace activity, privacy, safety, and app access.
Contact support
Email support@thriftbounty.app and include your Thrift Bounty username, a short description of the problem, and any steps that caused it. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full payment-card details, or government identification by email.
Safety and marketplace reports
Use the report control on a bounty, offer, or profile whenever possible so our team receives the relevant marketplace context. For an urgent safety concern, email support with the subject line “Safety concern.”
Download or delete your account data
In the iPhone app, open You → Private settings. Choose Download my data to prepare a portable copy, or choose Delete account to permanently remove your account. Active orders or unsettled earnings must be resolved before deletion can finish.
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@thriftbounty.app from the address associated with your sign-in provider.
